Atmosphere Daily publishes daily news content and devotionals designed to take less than five minutes to read, along with podcasts, articles, and featured stories. Browsing published content doesn't require an account. Creating a free account unlocks a daily reading streak tracker and the full, filterable Library across Bible Studies, Podcasts, and Articles.

Some features referenced on the site — including the Shop — are marked "coming soon" and are not yet available. We'll update these Terms when they launch.

To create an account you provide a name, email address, and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know at info@atmospheredaily.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us — see Contact Us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, republish, or redistribute our content at scale without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse the AI chat assistant to attempt to extract system instructions, generate abusive content, or automate spam.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Atmosphere Daily.

Unless otherwise noted, the text, graphics, logos, and devotional/editorial content published on the Service are owned by Atmosphere Daily or used with permission. You may share links to our content; you may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent. Some content displayed on the site is drawn from our own posts on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, WhatsApp) and remains subject to those platforms' own terms as well.

The chat assistant available on the site is an automated tool grounded in information about Atmosphere Daily. It's provided to help you find content and understand the site — it is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, professional advice, or a human support agent. For account-specific issues, contact us directly rather than relying on the assistant.

The Service links to third-party platforms we don't control, including our WhatsApp Channel and social media profiles. We aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

The Service and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Our devotional and editorial content is offered for spiritual encouragement and general information — it is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and shouldn't be treated as such.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atmosphere Daily won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
